Refund policy
We offer a 90-day return policy for defective items, which means you have 90 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Full refunds, including original shipping charges, are available only for defective items.
Unfortunately, giveaway items are not eligible for return or refund.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item. Once the return has been accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
